We’re looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across key global markets, building new opportunities and developing long-term partnerships.
We are looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across key global markets. This is a commercial, front-line role focused on generating new business, developing distribution networks, and building long-term market presence.
You will build and take ownership of international territories, working across a mix of direct sales and distributor partnerships to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Develop and grow international markets, identifying priority regions and routes to market
Generate new business through contractors, distributors, and professional sports organisations
Build and manage high-performing distributor and partner networks
Grow accounts into multi-category customers across the full product portfolio
Take ownership of pricing, margin, and commercial performance
Deliver against sales and gross profit targets
Plan and attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits
Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to partners and customers
Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated export operation

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales role (sports turf, amenity, or related sector preferred)
Experience working with international customers or distributor networks
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing and margins
Confident communicator, able to build long-term relationships
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage international travel
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results
