We’re looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across key global markets, building new opportunities and developing long-term partnerships.


We are looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across key global markets. This is a commercial, front-line role focused on generating new business, developing distribution networks, and building long-term market presence.


You will build and take ownership of international territories, working across a mix of direct sales and distributor partnerships to deliver sustainable revenue growth.



What You'll Do:


  • Develop and grow international markets, identifying priority regions and routes to market

  • Generate new business through contractors, distributors, and professional sports organisations

  • Build and manage high-performing distributor and partner networks

  • Grow accounts into multi-category customers across the full product portfolio

  • Take ownership of pricing, margin, and commercial performance

  • Deliver against sales and gross profit targets

  • Plan and attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits

  • Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to partners and customers

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated export operation



What We're Looking For:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales role (sports turf, amenity, or related sector preferred)

  • Experience working with international customers or distributor networks

  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing and margins

  • Confident communicator, able to build long-term relationships

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage international travel

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results
