In May this year, The Pitchmark Group received The King's Awards for Enterprise: International Trade 2024. Our Managing Director, Tim Rodman, had the special privilege of visiting Windsor Castle for a celebratory event, which featured an appearance by His Majesty, The King.
Having received the Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade in 2019 and visited Buckingham Palace, we are delighted to visit Windsor Castle for the first time and be recognised for the award once again. This award signifies the company's growth and stands as a true testament to the entire team, whose efforts have helped us continue to thrive and succeed.
As the sole representative of The Pitchmark Group, Rodman traveled to Windsor for what he described as a special and unique experience:
"Attending the celebratory event at Windsor Castle was a unique, yet remarkable, experience. It was an honour to be there, knowing that for the second time in our company’s history, our team's collective efforts have been recognised at the highest level.
"While I had the privilege of going up to the Castle and representing our colleagues, the recognition from The King's Awards for Enterprise reflects the incredible work done by our team. Each member's contribution across all departments has been vital to our journey, and this award is a celebration of our shared success."
The evening was filled with many highlights, including an inspiring moment with His Majesty The King, who took the time to learn about the remarkable achievements of the attendees, including ours!
As winners of The King's Award, The Pitchmark Group is excited to host a special event at their Bristol HQ. The Vice-Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire will visit for the official presentation of the award, which will include a site tour and an opportunity for the team to celebrate their success with refreshments.
We look forward to publishing highlights and photos from our presentation day, and we would like to thank our partners and customers for their continued support.
