Since The Pitchmark Group's inception, we've had a number of successful apprentices learn key career skills, ranging from administration to finance.

One of The Pitchmark Group's success stories include Digital Marketing Executive & CAD Technician, Rory Morgan, who has progressed from an apprentice into a key, full-time staff member. Rory joined the company in September, 2019 as he enrolled onto the Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Babington.

Working under the guidance of Marketing Director Darren Rodman, Rory learnt vital industry skills, including email marketing, social media, graphic design, SEO, copywriting, and analytics whilst completing his apprenticeship.

After completing his 15-month course, Rory was awarded with a Distinction in Digital Marketing, and was offered a full-time contract with The Pitchmark Group. Expanding on his Digital Marketing abilities, Rory has since learnt CAD (Computer-Aided Design) working on various production tasks including the production of 3D renders and technical drawings. Shame he still can't make a decent cup of tea though...

Speaking about his apprenticeship, Rory commented: “I would recommend the apprenticeships here at The Pitchmark Group to future applicants because not only will you gain relevant hands-on work experience and a qualification, but you are also given support and guidance throughout.

“The Pitchmark Group family are incredibly helpful, and there is a great support network amongst its employees who all helped me during my apprenticeship,” said Rory.
